Hey there, I'm here to get you out of your negative thoughts. Wait, let me rephrase that.. after reading this you're going to make the decision to get out of your own negative thoughts. Now we all have our days when we are not really mad at anyone and nothing made us sad. We're just not in the mood. You don't want anyone to talk to you and nobody better even think about looking at you the wrong way. Sometimes this can be completely normal. It is perfectly okay to not be okay and not have the urge to feel better. Now my question for you....do you really want to be that "dark cloud" that dims everyone else's light? Are you really going to let your bad vibes and negative mood disrupt other people's happiness? Oh but you're not that selfish right? You'd never spread your bad energy around others. You'll just stay cooped up in your room away from the world with the blinds closed. Like I stated earlier, this can be normal sometimes. (If it is repetitive this can be a sign of depression and maybe professional help is needed) Just think about how much time is being wasted because you are in your negative thoughts which is altering your mood. Life is too short to feel down most of the time. Get involved in something you like to do, get active and find a creative outlet. Remember we all go through stuff in our life. Its just about who wears it on their sleeve and who doesn't. If you are unhappy with any situation you are in, please try to change it to the best of your ability for your sanity. If you are one of those private and "closed off" people that would rather hold everything in you are hurting yourself even more. Lets say you hold it in because you are strong and you don't want people to see you at your lowest point. Baby, even the strongest person needs someone to talk to during the toughest times. There is nothing wrong with venting and talking to someone that could possibly brighten up your day. Trust me, you'll be glad you did it.
